I love my local Club Pilates Cypress! It’s clean, welcoming and has attentive staff and instructors! Pilates is a great mix of building some strength and working muscles that are often missed during traditional workouts. I also love that Pilates provides great stretches that improves my flexibility. If your looking for a low impact workout that provides lots of movement and full body results, come join me at Club Pilates, Cypress! Way to go CP-Cypress!

I’ve been going to Club Pilates for over a year now and absolutely love it! The studio is clean, the atmosphere always has a good vibe and most importantly the instructors are all very knowledgeable and do an amazing job! I would recommend Club Pilates in cypress to anyone thinking of joining.
