I attended my first Pilates class yesterday after doing an intro class with Johanna at Club Pilates Fullerton . The class was very clearly instructed and moved at a good pace so anyone new could follow along and learn as they go. We worked on balance, stretching, and strength . The 50 minutes was over so fast …And for a new workout regime, I am not too sore today … so I highly recommend it ! Johanna is a terrific instructor .

Excited to have my new membership with Fullerton Club Pilates. My favorite instructor so far is Ronda. I am new and she breaks down every move. The class goes by so fast when you’re pushing to do the best!
One of my favorite Pilates studios! Mely is so good at catering to beginners and advanced people. I went to a class as a pro and my mom was a beginner, yet we both felt the burn and Mely was super attentive to everyone. Highly highly recommend!!
