Refused entry to my reserved Pilates class with ZERO notice that my account was “on hold”. This all started with a double charge in January that took months to fix, forcing me to file a bank dispute. I was already at the studio for my supposedly reserved class and offered to pay for it separately with a different card until the bank issue was resolved. STILL denied entry. Great place, for a great workout. Your experience is all dependent of what type of teacher you enjoy, as all the teachers have different styles of instruction. Once you find the instructors you love, stick with them.

Beautiful studio, in a convenient shopping center with ample parking. Instructor Ceza was amazing and put us thru awesome workout, highly recommend

Promised Cancellation, Still Charged — Avoid Nothing against their instructors and some of their staff is amazing. However their receptionist does need some more training in customer service. I have been trying to cancel my Club Pilates Pasadena membership for months. After multiple ignored emails, I finally received a written response on January 18th confirming that my cancellation had been submitted and that my membership "will not continue after this month."
