I have truly enjoyed being part of the Pilates class with instructor Veronica at the Pilates Club. As a 68-year-old with no any athletic or exercise background, I initially felt unsure of my ability to keep up, but Veronica’s patient guidance and encouragement quickly put me at ease. Into class with Celina was great, got a very good idea of what pilates entails. Will be signing up.
Totally recommend for every woman at least to try, and then you will never stop! Hard workout without crazy soreness after, but make all your muscles to work in just 50 min 💪🏼
I didn’t intro Class yesterday and I absolutely love the instructor. I wish I remembered her name. She had a ballet background and was amazing! She didn’t shy away from giving fractions, which is so important in a teacher.
