I tried the introductory class and was pleased with the instructor who was very helpful when needed. The facility is in excellent condition. It was a great experience.
I love attending Claire’s classes! She is an amazing teacher and very creative and her classes are always challenging but achievable!
I appreciate the one on one instructions from the instructor. It was my first time ever doing Pilates and though I was nervous, Joyce talked with me through and fixed my form throughout the entire class
Very thorough class; full body workout; careful instruction for alignment! Terrific !
