After putting fitness off for many years, I'm so happy I took the step to start working out here. It's only been 2 wks but I feel better about myself & look forward to feeling stronger. The studio is so clean and organized, with a nice playlist. The 30-minute intro class gave a great glimpse into what you can expect of a class. And, Arlene, Ceza, and Irene have been so welcoming!
Tehran is great instructor. I attended my intro class and she made us feel comfortable and explained the directions step by step.
