I took the free intro class to see if I could even do pilates. I loved how I felt afterwards. it was a challenge and even though I have physical limitations and I'm 60, I was able to do most of what was done. I was told how to change it a bit to fit my limitations. (Ceza was a great instructor, she was gentle and encouraging) I think it'll be good to take a few classes. after the free class, I was offered a few deals to sign up. though they are good deals, many of them were not affordable for me. I enjoy Claire's classes. She is an expert and dedicated instructor. I have been attending her classes almost three years, and now I am onto 1 on 1 class to focus more on my posture!
I absolutely love this class. Claire and Tehran are amazing instructors. I’m very happy to have found a workout that shows results and is totally engaging.
