☆☆☆ The instructors and the quality of the Pilates classes are excellent. My concern is specifically with the studio’s waitlist and cancellation policy. Members are required to cancel at least 24 hours before class in order to avoid losing a class credit or being charged. However, the waitlist system may automatically move a member into a class less than 24 hours before it begins, without first asking the member to confirm whether they are still available. Very disappointed with the customer service at Club Pilates Villa Park. I signed up for an intro class and rearranged my entire evening to attend, but unexpected traffic delayed me. Google Maps showed I would arrive only 2 minutes late, so I called ahead to let them know. The receptionist, Heili, was rude and repeatedly stated that even being 1 minute late meant I would not be allowed in due to their strict policy.
