Club Pilates in Foothill Ranch is fantastic! The Salon is state of the art, the management is professional all with a personal touch and the instructors are so knowledgeable and powerful. I have been with this studio for almost 2 years and I learn a new movement in every class. The classes are energetic, fun and so rewarding. Best thing I have ever done for myself! Thank you Club Pilates Foothill Ranch!!
If -0 was available i would give it. Don't sign-up unless you plan on staying for life!!! The worst customer service ever!!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks with no response. They don't answer emails. I went to the studio several times and got nowhere. The receptionist just kept apologizing and saying she has notified the manager as well. However they continue to charge!! The customer service is just terrible!!!! I have heard that this has happened to other several people as well. Why not build your bus... read more
Amazing studio for pilates with super kind wnd helpful staff. Front desk is amazing and guides you always in the right direction (specially Kara who is an absolute GEM ). The instructors are all super knowledgeable and nice and you can totally feel that they care about your health and progress. 100% recommend 👍🏽
Instructors Azadeh, Behnaz, Mei are my favorite. 4 star because communication with managment via email is usually delayed, takes more than 3-4 days to hear back
Mei teaches an amazing class and customer service was great. I was visiting from out of state but would certainly go again if I lived in the area.
