I’m disappointed that while having to deal with an emergency situation, Club Pilates in Rancho Cucamonga refused to be flexible with me and would not reverse the loss of a class credit.
So I never had a problem with this location until I had to end my membership. It had completely gone over my head about the 3 month agreement before canceling. Mind you they are very strict with their policy. They do not care about your "situation" or personal life and why you can NOT make another payment for the membership. I expressed my situation with numerous managers but the payment had gone through. Wonderful staff and instructors. Always clean. Great place to learn Pilates.
Is so good. They very welcome to me . When I approached the shop, they were very friendly. It makes me feel calm. I believe Pilates can join my free time. This is highly recommended if you want to practice Pilates
