I've been attending Club Pilates in San Clemente for nearly a year. Even though I worked out at a local gym before, Pilates has absolutely changed my life! Absolutely love the community feel and workouts for every level at Club Pilates San Clemente! They make the workouts fun, but challenging (if you want). I look forward to my workouts and have never been more consistent with them until going to this location!
I love the classes and instructors at Club Pilates. They make class fun and make sure we are using correct form. This keeps us safe and makes the class effective. The classes have a variety of moves to keep it interesting.
Club Pilates in San Clemente is by far the greatest format for getting your body in condition and being fit at any age. I am 77 and have been a faithful member for 5 years and just earned the 750 mark for attending that many classes. The instructors are so caring and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and take an interest in your overall health. If a certain exercise is difficult, they will show you how to modify or adjust the exercise.
