Love Dana’s classes!
Kelsey’s class is challenging but not so much that you feel injured. She works those muscles and you just walk around feeling better all day!!
Taryn was exactly what I expected and needed. She was well organised with all of the activities. She was Clear and lucid in her descriptions and she walked around and checked all of us for form and understanding. I defy will be taking her classes in the future
