I’m visiting Tempe for a few days and wanted to keep up with my Pilates workout so I booked a Control and Balance class here. Let me start by saying it was wonderful! The entire place was spotless, including the bathroom (which was bright and spacious, and offered lotion as well). The teacher, Hailey, was excellent! Her instructions were very clear and offered a variety of different levels of exertion. I loved every minute of it!

Update:) I have coming for about a year. So happy to still be going and really feeling it! This is the first time ever I’ve stayed with a physical fitness program! I had Hailey today! Wow! My body is shaking in a great way! Thank you to all of you for inspiring me to push harder even when I want to quit 🤣 Every time I take a class from Mackenzie, it’s a love hate class… she pushes you to your max. I had a wonderful time working out at this gym for a few years. The instructors are wonderful and the front desk staff always helpful. The three stars are for a billing issue that has gone unresolved for months. I cancelled my membership and confirmed that I am no longer receiving class credits in the app. Yet I continue to be billed -- EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I've called multiple times and have been assured that I did cancel and the manager will issue a refund. And then nothing happens. I have tried emailing as well. Gym member... read more

Fantastic local business. A kind, small studio with instructors that know your name and meet you where you are at. It's really refreshing to attend a studio where all ages, body types, and backgrounds are in attendance. Would recommend to anyone.

Every time I take a class from Mackenzie, it’s a love hate class… she pushes you to your max. I always feel so accomplished at the end but want to quit several times during class. She is very conscious of her students and really pushes us to try to get to the next level.
