Heidi at club Pilates Escondido is such a great teacher! She’s extremely motivating, kind, and funny, which keeps the class going even when things get hard. More importantly, she has a medical background and knows a lot about proper positioning and physiology, which helps keep everyone safe. I still feel the burn from my class, in a good way!
I always get a great workout with Jaylene. It never fails! Love her!! It is such a great way to start my day and week!
