I joined 5 months ago, and while the studio seemed promising at first, the experience quickly declined. An instructor laughed at me during a class, which was unprofessional, and most instructors are unfriendly and disengaged. Despite their positive reviews, the atmosphere lacks warmth or support. Wonderful location ❤️ Great place to be introduced to Pilates. I had to relocate to a different shop and Charity made it super easy to end my time with Goodyear. Sad to go but she made the shift super easy for me ☺️
