I used to love coming to Club Pilates La Quinta — the instructors are amazing and truly make the classes enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and management has completely changed how I feel about this studio. A few months ago, I had a health condition and called to freeze my account. I was told everything was “all good” and that I didn’t need to bring in a doctor’s note. I trusted that, since I’d always had great experiences here. Did not have a great experience today with instructor Mandy. She came across as cold and unwelcoming. I am not the most experienced in Pilates but have taken it before. When she learned of this she expressed condescending remarks towards the fact I should have taken a previous class before taking hers. I will not be booking another class with her in the future.
