Fantastic and fun workout. I feel challenged and see results. Classes are busy so you need to plan ahead and commit to attending, but it’s so worth it.

I popped in for a class with 2 of my friends while we were in town from San Diego, and wow!! Gina was beyond amazing!! She taught so many fun variations I’ve never done before and she checked on all of us throughout the session to help our form. Just wow…. I felt spoiled!!

Instructor (Mandy) and studio in general was very unwelcoming and condescending. I enjoyed the workout but will not be repeating with this instructor as she made me feel very judged. When I needed help on some terminology I was unfamiliar with, the instructor was extremely judgmental and talked down to me. They repeatedly called and texted my number to question my pilates experience and even when I confirmed that I did have experience, they continued to harass me upon arrival.
