Great instructors, terrible ownership.I’ve been coming to this Club Pilates location in Downtown Kirkland for a long time. While the location is excellent and the instructors and front desk staff are wonderful, the ownership is extremely disappointing. There is a constant turnover of staff because the owner fails to maintain a professional environment or show basic respect to the employees and students. I was only 3 minutes late to my intro class and they did not let me in even though the sing at the entrance says that customers can join until after 5 minutes the class had begun. Bummer because I was really interested in joining to their regular classes.

I've only had a few classes here due to my schedule and the timing of available beginner classes. But the classes have been so much fun! Heather is a great instructor. She's helpful, informative and funny- I can't wait to go again! Update - I finally joined! After a year of taking odd classes here and there. I feel so bad for the employee on the phone who had to read me the corporate spiel. 600 classes later and I cannot imagine my life without Club Pilates Kirkland. It’s changes my day every class!
