Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.​ Please arrive 15 mins early, bring a water bottle, towel and grip socks. Grip socks may be purchased at the studio.

Karen, at Jenkins landing Pilates, is a wonderful instructor. She has a calming demeanor. and is president on explaining individuals needs. She praises people yet doesn't blast it out loud to either cause embarrassment to the that person or make the other clients feel less than She is extremely nice, listens and includes class opinions into out activities of the day. I enjoy scheduling with her, in all various classes she teaches. Thank you
We lept with Lauren on Leap Day! It was marvelous as are all the classes. Lauren makes a complete workout fun! Update-9-25-24: Excellent workshop with Jara and Michelle! Update-1-20-25: I love the Suspend classes; Rebecca does a great job! Update-8-5-25: Suspend with Jara this afternoon was fantastic, energetic and FUN!
Lauren is AMAZING!!!!! She pushes me to be better in every class. She is funny, attentive, and make the class enjoyable. She is a superstar!
