Loved my experience at Club Pilates CP! I normally do pilates at home but wanted a bigger challenge and community. I enjoyed the welcoming environment, helpful staff and help from the instructor. Keep up the great work!

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! The staff is beyond amazing—super friendly, encouraging, and always ready to help. I was using a gift card but then they used a card on file that I had to use because they make you buy specific socks for another month of service that I did not approve. When I called to dispute the charge that refused to give me my money back. I am now working with my credit card to dispute this charge as I did not give them permission to do so.
I was charged a $20 no-show fee twice for two classes that I canceled on the app. I had canceled several classes at the Bar W and Cedar Park locations because I was traveling out of the country. The app indicated that I had no more classes scheduled at either location. However, it seems there may have been a glitch in the app, as I was still charged by the Cedar Park location but not Bar W.
