Jeanette is very energetic and intentional with movements. She also is good a correcting your form to ensure you get the most out of your movements.
Jeanette is Knowledgeable, fun and works us hard! I love it!
The instructor was extremely rude. And did not make me feel welcome and spoke in a condescending tone about how I should not be in the class if I am attending it for the first time. Recommend making this an instructor approved class to make sure she doesn’t feel inconvenienced due to a “first timer” to 1.5.
As always Dana is by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever going classes to. She made sure the students follows instructions correctly to avoid/prevent injury.. Highly recommended..
