This location is strange. I have had a membership over a year. It’s wasn’t until I decided to cancel my membership that the studio became less accommodating. Unless you get there unlimited plan the classes do not rollover. However, if you’re actively trying to use them, they will extend your date out so you can. This has been my experience over a year. I have practiced many times at other Club Pilates locations and have had an incredible experience. Although, my first time at the cedar park location, Ivonete was extremely rude. I will not be returning to this location.
great classes!! love love love julianna. she is my pilates mother and i am always walking out of class feeling great. if you are wondering whether to do pilates with this studio, make sure to start with BEGINNER classes. do not jump into an advanced class if you don’t know the basics. julianna and club pilates have my heart!!
The worst customer service and so rude!!! Never again!!!
