RecommendedIf you are looking for different type of exercise for your abs and lower body, this may work for you. I have a moderate sciatica, my OT recommends this type of exercise for those have lower back problem.

Love the studio, instructors, and classes. My only complaint is that it is so hard to book classes now. Almost all classes are completely filled all the time, many class times booked more than a week in advance. Great business for you (congrats �) but hard to do when you work and travel and have an ever changing schedule. Any chance you will be opening a studio in the La Costa area with more class options...hint hint...(besides the north Carlsbad location)?
The instructors are upbeat, informative, and very helpful. I loved this particularly as a beginner. Great classes and great atmosphere!
I asked about pricing as a potential new member and got a facebook message back telling me not to contact the studio again. I will post a screenshot if the conversation to this post as a comment.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and they make you work hard. Worth every ounce of sweat!
