So Martha the director of CP, canceled the 9 remaining classes I had purchased because I posted this review of my experience with the studio. No refund or no transfer of classes was done. I paid for services they did not honor per their agreement. This club does not value customer service, in any capacity. The first class I took with the lead instructor was not great.
