Met the most helpful Gentleman yesterday at this business.I attended believing that I needed a new battery for my phone as it wasn't holding a charge.This Man made no attempt to sell me something that I didn't need but with the patience of a Saint showed me how to get rid of rubbish I didn't need and checked everything on the phone for me.He charged me nothing at all for His time and even told me that if I need help in future to just call in.I do hope that people will support this business as they are obviously very honest a... read more

Fixed my screen. All good no probs there. Finger print no longer working. Error message said to talk to a repairer The response from them was just don't use the finger print feature!

i think they are using failed glass hard case again they have opened a new one and there was already dust inside before they even pill off

came today with my sister. they where extremely helpful and told me what they assumed the problem was. they said if they couldnt fix it then where was no charge. they fixed the problem and where extremely fast and helpful

Took my phone here to be repaired. It's disappointing to be constantly gas-lit and up sold. There was no proper explanation as to what the issue was. They always seemed defensive and appeared to have significant communication issues within their own team. In the end, after multiple follow-ups and visits, the phone still wasn't fixed and we parted ways. I would avoid.
