They definitely do not recommend this facility. They are incapable of problem-solving and clear communication with their customers. They wasted hours of my time while traveling, and when I approach the general manager about it, she was extremely dismissive.

With my crazy restaurant work schedule, Club Pet Resorts-DIA’s flexible hours & reasonable prices, literally save my life! They also understand that my Jack (Jack Russell Terrier) is a wild breed, but love him just the way he is! His birthday was today, and they gave him a little cookie treat! So thankful for this establishment! 🙏🏼♥️🐶🦴

They are so wonderful. Our dog went for training due to being dog aggressive. We now have another dog in the home and he has a friend to play with. We can't thank them enough!

I’ve been taking my dogs here since it opened. Those two dogs are no longer alive and now I have two neurotic English setter sisters. They take such good care of them.I even caught the kennel attendant On the video hand feeding my one dog who does not like eating out of a bowl. I won’t take my dogs any place else.

💗Cassie & Gabe💗 LITERALLY saved me and my pups on one of the most stressful days of my life. I showed up A MESS.. mentally/emotionally just GONE over everything I've been dealing with. I ended up almost losing my dogs on the front lawn, trying to handle all 3 at the same time.. in a rush to not miss my flight. It was a HORRIBLE day and I was barely making it. Our dogs love it there. We fly on the fly so we like the ability to reserve last minute and cancel last minute.

Our dog Duke stayed here for the past week- he is a slightly high maintenance dog and has medications but they did absolutely wonderful working with us to make sure he's comfortable, getting taken care of and having a great time the whole time. Our friends recently moved to Aurora and everytime we visit we will be bringing Duke to stay at Club Pet Resorts. I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful experience!

I take my puppy to daycare almost every week for a day and she always comes back tired and happy! The staff is so sweet really takes the time to get to know their returning customers!
