Workout Heaven! Honestly, I came to Frog's for the childcare, now my kids are older, and I stay for the customer service, cleanliness and fun! Yes, fun! Classes, and programs are unlike any I've experienced! Try kickboxing and Caveman! I am working out more than ever! PowerFit and Cardio dance are a blast!!
No longer club one, not happy with constant credit card charging practice It used to be great. I was a member for years. Through all the club changes, sporting club, club one, now just frogs. I moved and had an injury. The new location was not particularly clean, spin bikes shoddy and old. I wanted to cancel my membership. The website said to call a club. I called. Awesome Gym This club has a bit of everything. One thing that I love is the Kid's childcare area. The staff in there seem to really love kids. Plus you can watch you child while on the cardio via the TVs - so cool.
They know their stuff I joined on a trial basis and then joined for a regular membership. The place is clean, and well maintained. It is open a lot of hours which helps. It also helped to hire a trainer for a few sessions to get the hang of things. I like it here much better than a chain gym.
Nice facility - but too expensive I came here for a trail session. The machines are very up-to-date, and everything is clean. I took a cardio kickboxing class and it was very inrense! I got a great workout! The prices and intiaion fees are the only negative. I can't pay $50 a month.
