Really regret taking our Tibetan Terrier to Club Mutts. After a lengthy discussion and providing a photo as a reference, our dog ended up shaved. Was advised that our dog behaved poorly during the grooming experience. Would have much preferred a phone call to pick him up than the end result we received. Will take several months to grow back and looks really silly - actually comical. Our regular groomer at Petco was not available so we took a chance. So disappointing.
I've gone to Club Mutts for many years now and can't say enough good about them. I'm on my second Yorkie and he just loves going there and comes out adorable every time. The staff is friendly and so helpful.
We had our first visit yesterday with our Stella and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff and our groomer JJ was amazing! We will for sure be back and thanks for the wonderful customer service and pampering our new Bernedoodle baby!

I really like the people at Club Mutt. I love that they have Saturday appts. They always did a wonderful job for my cocker spaniel Ruby.
We have a goldendoodle and they did a wonderful job with him! He had a lot of mats behind his ears and under his belly, and you can tell that they spent time hand trimming to make it look good instead of just shaving everything down to the skin. This to me is the hallmark sign of a place that really cares about how your dog looks vs just getting him out quick and taking your money. Employees were very friendly and professional.
Today was our first appointment at Club Mutts. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and I left it up to them how to cut Sophie's hair. I was very pleased when I picked her up. They did a great job and Sophie will be returning. I would definitely recommend Club Mutts.

The only groomer we will bring our dog. We have a very small Pom and they take such good care of our small dog! She comes home looking amazing and super happy from the experience!
