Be cautious. This is not the Club Monaco of yesteryear! First, I have bought a few Borrem suits from CM. I could always rely on a consistent fit. This season the suit arrived and the fit was off significantly, therefore requiring a return. Bought a long sleeve T-shirt online but they sent the wrong one. I called. They said I had to email and fill out a form which I did. Then I have had multiple emails with Club Monaco asking me for my address, then a picture of the shirt, then my email and finally the order number, etc. this has been over 3 weeks! I called again and this time, the customer service woman, Tyler, was very helpful, and issued me a refund. Now I need to go out and find a gift the week before Christmas. Their online SUCKS. Their return policy SUCKS. Their clothing is okay, some are awesome. Their reps are polite and helpful. But it's a headache to get them and return them. And the 40 day return window to get a refund is.. Idek what to say that's ridiculous. Not buying from here again and making sure others don't.
