Club Med reservations and customer service is horrible. My husband and I sat on hold at least two hours of last week. We finally got through to make our reservation. We explained that we were traveling with my mother who has cancer and her caregiver. The representative explained that we could purchase insurance in case we needed to cancel, which we did.
