I have been a Club Lime (Wollongong) member for quite some time and have noticed serious safety and behaviour issues that have not been addressed. At the beginning of 2025, I informed staff about a metal wire sticking out from one of the cable machines, but no action was taken. Today I saw three people get pricked by that same wire, which poses a real risk of blood-borne diseases. When you cancel your membership, they continue to charge you for one month after your cancellation as per the contract you sign when registering. There is no (reasonable) way to circumvent this.

Absolutely love Club Lime Wollongong! The gym is always clean, spacious, and has everything you need from a great variety of equipment to a friendly, welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to Sophie she’s an absolute gem! Super knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to help or offer guidance. Gym is always clean, equipment is always structured and orderly. Cant forget about the staff members, very hospitable, friendly and they go above and beyond.
