Great facility, good equipment with plenty of room to spread out between the 2 levels. Good size cardio area and Main gym also a Ladies gym and both gym areas have a seperate functional Training rooms with extra cardio and equipment. Great recovery area icebath and steam room and plenty of choice in group fitness classes. Crèche facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Group Instructors are inspiring and the PT Team got my motivation and results. Very happy
