TGet a message saying my monthly payment has been refused and now I have to pay it plus an $11 fee. The card is in use daily, isn't expired and there is no feasible reason the payment didn't work. The reason given is "DECLINED". I send an email saying I will pay what I owe but I am not paying a fee for a card that had no reason to decline. No response. Zero. Gross. The gym is ok, the equipment is aged but functional and comprehensive. Generally, very quiet and staff are friendly enough but the showers half broken all mouldy and filthy. the door between the showers and toilets has been removed and is shared with the trampoline park, so it is often inhabited by young children not expecting to see men getting in and out of the showers. The standard of the showers and changing area is simply unacceptable.

Attempted to go in today as they were advertising a promotion. So I took my 8 year old to the adjoining spring loaded while I went to inquire. No staff any where. Door to the upstairs was open, so I went up to see if there's staff up there. Threw a few casual punches on the bag, can see the whole gym from there if a staff member appears. Then a woman comes, asks me if I had checked in. Great "Nuts & Bolts" type gym. Plenty of weights and equipment. Boxing equipment. Treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers. Good selection of dumbbells and no crowds. Very happy with this gym. And no mould... 😉
