Gym is great, a lot of unnecessary hate going on with the workers. The equipment isn’t super diverse but is kept clean and in good condition. I do personally feel like the etiquette of other gym goers has been lacklustre lately, a lot of rubbish being dumped, weights being left on racks toilets treated poorly, sweat being left on seats after use. In general the gym is great
Joke. Least friendly gym, the overweight guy that works there looks like he NEVER wants to be there, always in a bad mood, Zero customer service. Having a robot there would have more personality. There are 12 power racks! no gym needs that, could have utilised the area for more hammer strength machines! There is No flat chest hammer strength and standard incline, BASIC, there is however a 'Super Incline' and seated decline (which hits your rotator cuff) No independent weight stack seated shoulder press.
