I received a notice about a failed membership payment and a dishonor fee, but my bank account had sufficient funds, so I don’t understand why the payment failed. I tried to ask at reception and was told to email instead. I sent an email more than a week ago and still haven’t received any reply. Really disappointing experience.

This gym is in an extremely unhygienic state. The men’s toilets are consistently dirty sinks smell, showers are filthy, and the sauna looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The entire facility feels neglected and poorly maintained. It doesn’t feel like a proper gym; instead, it’s more like a social club for older men who block machines and spend their time talking. If you’re an Asian woman, be prepared for unwanted attention from some of these men. Very disappointing and not a safe or professional environment.
