I strongly advise against signing up with Club Lime. I cancelled my membership over a year ago and clearly notified them multiple times via phone and email, including while I was overseas. Despite this, they have continued charging me without consent. Their failure to action my cancellation request — after several follow-ups — has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. This kind of service is the lowest I’ve experienced from any gym. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Have a look at their prices for membership. They offer annual options pre paid upfront which end up costing you more then if you got the weekly no contract offer. I sent an email to make them aware and ask if they can offer a discount on paying up front annually (as at the moment you actually pay more unbelievable.) they declined. Avoid this gym :-)
What terrible customer service, I wouldn’t even rate it a 1. I was emailing regarding a trail shift I was told to come on a specific date at 6pm as they are staffed until 8pm. I went out of my way to come and I turned up and all the staff had left. I emailed explaining the situation to which they said there was a lot of sickness so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for the same time a few days later.
