This gym gets packed in the evenings from 5-8. So packed that it is unusable. They have oversold memberships. Broken equipment is not fixed for weeks. Cardio equipment makes knocking sounds (especially the elleptical). The gym was good for an year or so after opening but the now is just a fishmarket during peak times.

Was good, is now packed most of the time with kids sitting on machines staring at phones. Equipment thrown everywhere and machines consistently out of order for weeks. Stopped using the treadmills because half sound like they're going to fall apart underneath you. Half the 'non-platinum' gyms I've been to across canberra are in better nick that this. Thanks for the good times, but I've cancelled my membership and am off to another gym.

It's ok, but I was expecting more for a platinum gym. Several equipment need maintenance, lubrication. Several treadmills don't work properly. The gym could be cleaner. Honestly, it's the same service I've seen in other non platinum Club Lime gyms. If you want to participate in one of the morning classes during the week, the options are very early (6:00), then 9:30. And the AC doesn't work very well, it's quite hot inside the gym.

Honestly, having been a member of club lime for over 10 years, the service (of lack of) that myself and my partner have received after an issue with their faulty lockers has been a joke. Long story short, club lime agreed to reimburse us costs through a fault of theirs, but since their agreement it's now been months and no less that 10 calls and multiple emails and every single staff member puts it in their too hard basket. They don't return calls from messages left on their membership assist line either. Zero accountability... read more
