Has a good array of equipment and is a good sized gym. Just wish there were more hip abduction machines

Dirty and old equipment
This gym used to be one of the best in Canberra — a place that many of us who genuinely love training would proudly show to friends visiting from other states because of how impressive the facility was. Over the past several months, however, the place has become almost unrecognisable. Maintenance appears to be close to non-existent, and it is clearly being operated with insufficient staff.
