Very dumb staff, they can’t even comprehend a simple question. Poor customer service & rude attitude. The gym team member Olivia hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation. Not very nice talking to you.
Stopped going dirty bathrooms with no hot water in showers. I tried the kippax showers as well and was even worse. The cancellation process is a nightmare
Had issues updating my credit card for payment got charged multiple times for late payment. Tried to contact them with no response then got email that my account is suspended. Got another email a month later that I need to pay $450 fee plus 2 months membership to cancel my account. They could not just take the money and leave me alone but had to make 3 separate payments
This Cisac gym is highly advanced, easily the best gym in Canberra, cisac prizes its self on available equipment with 4 chest fly's, and 2 smith machines, highly recommend!

If there’s a fault with any equipment, don’t expect it to be fixed anytime soon — they might get around to it next year, even if it would only cost them $1!
