Super spacious and fitted with good equipment
Poor customer service and provide false information. When you ask for the manager, the manager is on leave and relieving manager is just useless. Not wanting to even talk to their customers and listen. There is also no proper complaint channel- you can only email or text, no live person to talk to. If you want to speak to someone they pass you back to the gym which wasn’t helpful in the beginning, so how do you communicate when they don’t want to communicate with you?
The AC never works and staff is just not bothered. It feels like you working in an oven even in winters. Such unprofessional people with no sense of responsibility. Highly disappointed
