I recently switched from Anytime Fitness Mitchell, and the difference in cleanliness is honestly shocking. Unfortunately, Club Lime Mitchell feels poorly maintained. There is dust and dirt throughout the gym, and the place has a really unpleasant smell. The air feels stale and stuffy, as if the gym hasn't been properly ventilated in a long time or the air conditioning and ventilation ducts haven't been cleaned or maintained. I got charged $101.40 after cancelling my membership and got it called as a outstanding membership fee even though i cancelled my membership 1 month ago

Very disappointed with Club Lime. I changed my membership from fortnightly payments to an annual membership, and $600 was deducted twice from my account. I emailed over two weeks ago regarding the duplicate payment, but I still haven’t received a reply, explanation, or refund. It’s frustrating that the money was taken immediately, yet no one has responded to help resolve the issue. Poor customer service and communication. I expected much better.
