Pretty cramped feeling like your always too close to someone and the cardio machines face one another making it awkward to use them at the same time as someone on the opposite side

we cancelled the memebership in Decemeber 2025 with written confirmation and not used the service since then. Today they still take money from my bank by direct debt. Not reply to the email. Doggy service.
Need to scan a QR code and provide email adresse or phone number just to visit and have a look ... Why so formal ?! No thank you .. I'll subscribe somewhere else. Even the young boy at the desk never tried to convince me..
