I’ve been training here for more thn 2 and half year.. gave 5 stars but now 1 star is more thn it deserve! this gym and management are gone worst!!! Wouldn’t let me cancel. Extremely terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TRAP YOU IN THE CONTRACT. And they will not provide you any assistance or higher authority to fix the issue.
Be careful with the auto-charge system. Even if you freeze your account, it may automatically unfreeze after some time, even if you haven’t been back to the gym. I’ve been a member of this gym for more than two years, but I no longer feel the same sense of loyalty, especially since the previous manager was replaced. The overall experience has changed for the worse. Also, if you want to cancel your membership, you need to give one month’s notice, so make sure you’re aware of that before signing up.
A world class gym hands down, set up is unbelievable, great friendly staff too!
Really good gym and staff are lovely. The guy who’s been working there on Saturday does a great job cleaning up after inconsiderate gym goers leave their weights around
