The staff are really friendly and the reformer Pilates instructor Dee runs a motivating and challenging class!
Good gym. However, their Sauna and steam is by far the filthiest I have ever been to. Never gets cleaned yet they thought it was a good idea to put cockroach poison inside of the sauna! Unbelievable. A good place to get a skin infection if anybody is interested.
Sauna, steam room, showers, and urinals are rarely cleaned. Cockroaches and other insects the size of my fist are constantly on the Sauna floor. I caught a Staph infection in the Sauna, no joke. I constantly see people waiting at the desk to join, while the staff are working out, chatting etc. I saw the bald manager eject a member for having the wrong fabric of towel for working out with also. Limited choice of equipment, you'll be queuing constantly.
