I changed here from Lime on Chapel street as I loved that gym. What a joke: they have unisex bathrooms and no locks on them. Staffed hours are also a big joke. Someone who works night shifts has no real chance to talk to the staff.
Training here for the convenient location but that is where the positives end. Unfortunately, the facilities are neglected. The gym floor is always untidy and unclean, and you will have to tidy up after others to complete your workout. The toilet facilities are filthy and need to be cleaned more regularly.
The toilets were not clean, the only water filter wasn't working
How do you justify charging overdue fees when my invoice isn't overdue? I literally offered to pay it the same day.
