I love this gym and the staff here—they are always super nice and helpful! However, the temperature inside is way too hot for a proper workout. It feels like I might pass out while exercising. Please consider fixing the fans or air conditioning to make the environment more comfortable. It would make a huge difference for everyone training here. Thank you.

Broken air conditioning means I've had to cancel many training days. Why am I paying for a service I can't use because it's so hot in there it's dangerous. I'm falling behind in my workouts now. The music in the toilets is so loud I can hear it way over my ear buds at full volume with noise cancelling on. It's so loud it's quite jarring.
Can you please fix the AC please.
