Great gym with high ceilings. Respectful atmosphere. Modern and well maintained equipment.
This place is filthy especially the men’s showers. someone’s bogey has been on the middle cubicle shower wall for the last 2 weeks, it stinks of piss, the right shower handle has been broken for about a week the shower gels are always empty! Does anyone actually clean this place? You pay for something to be neglected?
I'm surprised they are able to operate with the filthy condition of the gym. It is shocking!! I have brought this up many times to the staff and shown them the particularly bad areas and they said "oh, we did clean those areas and machines last week" I said it is a gym where hygiene needs to be a priority and cleaned everyday, not weekly. I have also sent an email but received no response. There are never any wipes left to wipe down machines, there is dust, sweat and hair everywhere. I'm too scared to use the toilets.
