As a lifelong member of another gym on the Gold Coast, the second I walked into Club Lime Broadbeach the whole team was welcoming and friendly. Especially the lovely one and only Tina made this whole experience one to remember. Being a first time guest I was shown around the gym and immediately apart of the club lime family. Easiest yes to sign up to say the least

I have been a member of this gym since April. Overall, it is not bad and I will keep going, but I think some areas could really be improved. The main issue is the cleaning. They always remind members to wipe down the machines after use, which is fine, but I feel the staff should also pay more attention to the general hygiene of the place. Very disappointing experience with this gym. I tried to suspend my membership today, but they told me it can only be done starting from the 28th. On top of that, they want to charge me an extra $2.50 for no valid reason. The service is not flexible at all and shows little consideration for the customer.

Its not a bad gym, but for the quality u find everywhere else its not good. Apart from problems at every gym like being messy and 100% of the time and awful music. There are problems u dont find at competitors such as cheap equipment, ads playing over the speakers and this is the only gym i have ever been to with no punching bag are you serious? Not awful but quite poor compared to the standard set by competitors.
