I'm in the 55+ age group and after COVID I was in a fitness slump and had gained about 15 lbs. I decided to give CKB a try. After 6 months of working out, plus nutritional guidance, CKB helped me tone up and lose 19 lbs. Instructors and other members are supportive. Workouts are always changing, so you don't get bored.
