Been to other locations in STL area this one is the Largest, lots of machines, medium sized turf and clean locker rooms. Staff were around. There is the Aescape Robot Massage room and other recovery rooms. Parking is average it was almost full when I went on a Monday after 11am. The temp was not bad in there could be cooler.
I upgraded my membership last year to be able to access all gyms in region and 12 months later prices increased again. Have ultimately cancelled my membership with CF due to annual increases with no real improvements.
I LOVE THIS GYM! I’ve been going here since they were located on highway 50. I have to membership to go to any club fitness I want, but this one is my favorite! 👍🏾👍🏾
