If I could give this gym 0 stars I quite literally would. This is the most scammy horrible gym membership you could ever possibly purchase, don't even think about it. Want to cancel at some point, it's going to be the hardest thing you will ever do. Finally able to cancel it? Doesn't matter, they'll charge you anyway. Workers have no idea what's going on and don't even try calling any of the number online because it's just going to be some patronizing AI bot. This place should face litigation for predatory contract law. Over 50% upmark in interest for leaving early, their corporate customer service doesn’t exist, they place calls and funnel you through to wait for you to leave and stop bothering them. This place needs to be corporately revised and litigated for every single dirty clause in the contract given. Super extremely expensive and unlike the other big gyms in the area ... if you buy the highest membership you still can't bring a friend ... that's why I joined crunch They will also barrage you with tons of messages about the mini features nonstop as much as you try to block them and tell them to stop they keep finding ways to send you stupid messages about their overly priced gym, which it is a nice gym and I would go there if it was actually affordable But you can accomplish everything at a place like crunch and pay liter... read more

A 5+ year member. I recently started using the sauna. They reduced the temperature for some odd reason. I asked them to increase it, and I was literally told "I don't know what to tell you,". That same day, I walked into the sauna and no less than 7 people (everyone) complained about the same issue. Another individual also reported it to the staff, but the staff couldn't care less.
