Not a huge fan of this location. Everytime I go in there, there are multiple pieces of equipment that are not working. Tonight I tried three different trameadmills and an eliptical and none of them worked. I prefer the Arnold and Affton gyms but sometimes Lemay is convenient.
I cancelled my account in November. I was told I had to cancel it online, so I did and called to confirm it was cancelled. They told me it was and that I would get another 10$ charge due to cancellation so late in the month. Got the charge in December. It's now February and my membership has supposed have been cancelled for 2 months. I got charged for the yearly membership fee for an account that's been closed for two months! This gym is the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and professional, the gym is clean, and everything about this gym is great overall. I would recommend this gym to anyone I knew because I know they would have a great experience here. Highly recommended!
