Giving this a 1 star review- would give it zero stars if possible. I've never had beef with this gym before, but it is incredibly frustrating that I'm trying to cancel my membership after I have moved and being charged $75 dollars as a buyout fee. What?! I'm trying to get this fee removed because it was never expressed to me that I will be charged this amount when I try to cancel my membership. In fact, the exact amount is $74.31... where'd that number come from?! The process to remove this fee is extremely unprofessional ... read more

RecommendedAlissa told the TRUTH about fees and prices of services! Unlike other employees! She did an honest sales job. I plan to do the 20 dollar per month plan so that. I can use massage chairs and EXCELLENT Pilates class taught by Gary...as soon as I get motivated:)

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Mallory is fantastic and truly listens to help create an environment I enjoy being in....even though the workouts are tough!!!
I went in to cancel my membership on January 11th of 2017, I spoke to the manager by the name of Jason and he tried to keep me from canceling as is his job, told me there was a fee. I said that was fine. Instead of canceling he placed a freeze. No charges continued but so I stopped watching. They started back up 3 months later and kept charging until I noticed it Thursday night when it came out of an account I had emptied for house things.
