I was quite disappointed with this gym. The equipment is outdated and far from modern. I visited around 7 PM, and surprisingly, there were only two other people there — which says a lot about the quality. The gym is divided into two sections, and the second part had no air conditioning on, which is hard to believe in this heat. There were many broken or useless machines piled up in the back, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the place. The equipment was far from complete — many essential tools were missing. As a 55-year-old woman navigating menopause and recovering from breast cancer and severe Covid, I was hesitant to join a lunchtime Boot Camp, but it’s been a fantastic experience. This 30 minute, high intensity Boot Camp runs during lunch hours (and several other times Monday- Thursday) blending strength training, cardio, and core exercises. Club Fit is an amazing place. The gym is a great place to workout. There are so many choices for classes and personal training. I highly recommend Club Fit.
