People with dogs! Today we picked up our two dogs from Club Fido in Bismarck. They were there Friday around 11am until sunday (today) around 2pm. WE WILL NEVER USE CLUB FIDO EVER AGAIN.!!!! Both dogs smelled of complete urine and were covered in a sticky dried urine from nose to tail. absolutely horrible. it took me an hour and a half to bath both dogs to get the smell off of them. When we picked our two puppies up on Sunday the 19th of September we were shocked to see that our little King Charles Cavalier her white fur was yellow and wet and both pups were wet and stunk of urine and feces we had to rush them home and give them a shower with our windows down all the ways for the smell was gagging as. We were very disappointed as we have left them at Club Fido in the past on a couple of occasions and they did just fine I think someone needs to supervise whoever is taking care of other people's loved pet... read more

This happened in December 2013. My dogs cage was unclean and he was covered in feces and pee. The kennel part was FREEZING and my dog got frostbitten feet and I had to take him to the vet. They did cover the vet bill and refunded us our money for 4 days worth but nothing can ever make my dog the way he used to be. He is so different now. At the time he was 9 years old. My daughter's dogs smelled of urine and they acted strange for 2 days after they stayed at Club Fido. Traumatized! Never again
