Awful customer service. I wanted to book something and went through the chat. The agent gave me a time slot for 3:15 p.m., and I asked her to confirm the time slot. However, she didn't care about what I asked and responded late in the chat. When she came back, she mentioned that the referred time slot was no longer available, and I wasted 20 minutes for nothing. They charge people overpriced, and this is the way they treat customers
Nikka is the best 👌 so far . She is so professional with her golden touch/heart.
Only giving it three stars because place is nice Alex terrible manager :( the owner Jordan is very sweet and nice :) I would have gave it 5 if manager Alex didn’t make me feel uncomfortable
