I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Instead of offering a relaxing and respectful environment, the service was rushed, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I expected much better from a place that markets itself as a wellness space. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this spa to anyone looking for quality service and respectful treatment.
This used to be my favourite spa now I would never come back. They don’t have their white robes anymore now they give you some weird short robe and told me to put my bathing suit under and wear that to the massage. When I told them I don’t want to wear my bathing suit to the massage they gave me men’s bathing shorts… like what?? lol. I booked the reservation for 6 people and then the lady said they will call me back if there is are any issues and when we came they said my reservation was only for 4 but they can do the other ... read more
The staff are amazing. The food is meh. More like snacks. It is too noisy. Unlike Go Place Spa, this spa is not for relaxing. Guests turn the volume up on the TV like they are the only ones here in the lounge. It is nice and clean. My massage by Lily? was amazing.
Club D’Elite is such a hidden gem! It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and treat yourself. The space is super clean and relaxing, with everything you need—sauna, steam room, hot and cold pools, and a lounge area where you can just chill out and take your time. The massage services are amazing—professional, effective, and genuinely relaxing. I also tried the foot massage and it was incredible after a long day. I had a really good experience yesterday at Club d’Élite Spa. The customer service was amazing, the girl who checked me out was very helpful and addressed all my requests. I went to this spa mainly for their whirlpool, which was very relaxing. Don’t expect the food to be five star, but it still tasted good. You can also watch TV while eating in the lounge area. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. It was exactly what I was looking for.
