Nice apartment, but gate security and entrance for first was terrible
THIS REVIEW IS ONLY BASED OFF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT GATE. I was visiting my cousin and the first few days I didn't have an issue at the gate. Today, 5/16/25. One person came on the speaker and when he first called my cousin to verify my entry.His phone was on.Do Not Disturb so it would not go through.I did let the representative know That he turned the Do Not Disturb off and if he could try to call again, the customer service rep refused and told me to pull around because there was nothing more he could do.
