Horrible car wash – I have known of this car wash for many years. and never have i seen anything good..I have watched the owner allow illegals work there, i have watched him injure a spouse of a worker there...terrible dont go there, go to ANY other car wash but that one
Bad Experience – I took my new car (2 weeks old) for the first car wash at Classic Car Wash 18470 Devonshire Street, Northridge, CA. (South East Corner of Reseda and Devonshire). This is the place that for the last 10 years is doing my car service detailing. I noticed some scratches on the leather of my passenger's seat. THIEVES! – Employees stole my cell phone. Had to file police report. After threatening further reportage to other agencies, phone miraculously reappeared the next day. Found in the same trash can I had meticulously searched the day before. No apology from the owner, just a verbal assault about my "making a scene". Avoid this place!
Wonderful experience in car was – i recently washed my car at Classic Car Wash. it was a very pleasant experience. they did a great job. they explained to me how to take care of my car, how to keep it in good shape. those people take pride in what they are doing. i strongly recomend to visit that place.
Whatever happened to customer service, especially to loyal customers and in a down economy to boot? – Dear friends, I am a small business owner myself and appreciate the courtesy that if someone is going to take their business elsewhere I appreciate them letting me know the reason why. Scam Artist – JERKS!!!!!! Cheated my son out of his final paycheck! Doesn't even want to acknoweldge that my son worked there.
Mary – I use Classic Car Wash every two weeks on both of my cars. They do a great job on them and if they miss something you just need to point it out and it is taken care of right away. I have used many of the services and highly recommend this place. There is a reason why you almost always have to wait to enter, I guess the word got out that they do a good job for a very reasonable price.
Customer Service? – I go to this car wash ONLY because it is near where I love. I know somone that works there and their motto is "Get Them in and Get Them Out", quality and customer service be damned. That's what I was told. The one on Hamilton is MUCH better.
